How to Use the Gua Sha Stone

• Cleanse your face thoroughly before use.
• Apply your favourite facial oil or serum to allow the tool to glide smoothly.
• Use the Gua Sha 1–2 times per week, or as desired.
• Starting from the centre of the face, gently glide the tool outward towards the ears using light to medium pressure.
• Use the wider edge for the cheeks and forehead, and the curved edge around the jawline, chin and nose.
• Continue down the neck to encourage lymphatic drainage.
• Mild redness after use is normal and may indicate increased circulation.
