How to Use Hydration Electrolytes

Mix 1 sachet with 750 ml of cold water.

You can adjust the amount of water between 500 ml and 1 litre according to your taste.

Sediment may naturally occur due to the mineral salts and real flavour ingredients. Simply invert or swirl the bottle before drinking.
